Tiopf download

Again I want to pickup Tiopf, but downloading from https://sourceforge.net/projects/tiopf/files/tiOPF%20latest/ give me no files to install

It has been moved to github. (or cloned). ask Graeme.
sourceforge is a bit hard to let projects go....

No. As Graeme wrote in the wiki,
