error When call compiler

When I compile a simple project I get the error

[TCompiler.Compile] exception "Failed to create pipe."

the Free Pascal Compiler version is 1.9.0

i get the same error , i likes fpc1.9.0 bug!

It is a known problem for lazarus with fpc 1.9, but some of the fpc-developers don't seem to be able to reproduce the error.

At the moment lazarus can only be compiled (and run) with fpc 1.0.10.

fpc 1.9 can be used to develop applications with lazarus, but lazarus it self can't.
