Does Lazarus IDE have ADO components ?!

Lazarus has developed quite a bit since I last tested it.
I have a small problem. (Actually HUGE)
Thing is this: we have some setups running on MS, Delphi and is looking for an open source equivalent - so far OOo 2.2 and Lazarus seem the best option.
We will need to be able to create a DB in Access then link it in Delphi and do some coding. The same or similar thing has to be done using the open source versions.

Any ideas or thoughts are welcome PLEASE …

It has a ODBC component that can connect to MS Access and MS SQL Server. I'm currently using it to connect to a MS SQL server (Hope that helps).
The FRED Trainer. (Training FRED with Lazarus/FPC)
