tdbf ansi to oem and vice versa how to?

Hi
I really need your help on this one..
I need to be able to show a dbf level 3 table in OEM, but I can't seem to find how. It shows it in ANSI by default, and I can't find a way to change it.
I read the tdbf manual and searched the internet, but couldn't find an understandable explanation, at least by my standarts :)

So I'm using Lazarus 0.9.22, dbflaz 0.1.1, fpc 2.0.4

Please, help.
