Translate Neobook plugin template to Lazarus

Hello!

We are a group of Neobook developers (http://www.elrufo.tk) that want to distribute templates for make plugins for neobook (http://www.neosoftware.com) based on free compilers. Actually Neosoftware only distribute this templates for Delphi, PowerBasic (!?) and C++. We need something closer to Delphi (easy and powerfull) and we think in FreePascal (and Lazarus, of course). We want learn directly Freepascal/Lazarus.

Any body can revise the plugin template for Delphi and translate to Lazarus?
