License of IDE-Images
« on: June 01, 2007, 01:44:05 pm »
Hi,
i want to use some of the ide-images (http://svn.freepascal.org/svn/lazarus/trunk/images/components/)
for my DFM-Editor (http://dfmedit.sf.net). The current beta-version contains a simple Component-Palette for which i'm searching images for free.
can i use them from lazarus? i looked into the COPYING*-files in svn-root, but found nothing about the images, only for the other parts of lazarus.

regards Frank

Probably the license for the code is extensible to the images.

Some images were taken from Sim Silk library, some from tango and some are our own. You can freely use any - they have apropriate license.
