./packages/fcl-report? Or you need glasses or a dog and a stick. ::) It is NOT a Lazarus package, it is an FPC package, although Lazarus components are being developed.
I use it from code and that is very comfortable for such a new feature.

I'm having issues with it, but it looks like that's due to 32 vs 64bit so for now I'll have to wait.

For the time beeing it will only be available for 32 bit.

I built FPC and Lazarus from trunk just days ago, I don't see any reference to fpReport/fcl-report.
fpReport is included in FPC Trunk for a couple of weeks now. You can find in at:

  fpc-3.1.1/src/packages/fcl-report/
