multi-languaje projects

I don't know if this is the place to ask it, but I didn't find a better place.

I'll start a new project and I was looking for components to make it easy to add multiple languages to it. I mean, a component that loads an XML-like file and changes all captions of all visual components of the application.

Is something like this working or planned? I mean 'standard LCL component'.
