First Question - Calendars

Hi to all community, I have to do a college work about an hotel managent, some simple thing because we didn't receive too much infor about this tool,

   I am trying to create a form to present the model and I have some doubts, can I use calendar days in cells like an excel sheet? did any of you guys did anything similar that want to share? I have Reservation, Check-IN Check-Out buttons, Menu built but I don't know how to present the list of occupied, reserved and free rooms.
   Well this isn't a code question, but I am kind of running out of ideas.
