For some reason I did not like scrollbars so I did not put any. That's for the next release whenever I have the time.

Actually, I've just started to play with Lazpaint, and I can see straight away that because of the "Move and Scroll Picture" facility enabled by the easy to spot hand icon, there's not really any need for scroll bars.

And you can also hold space bar pressed to temporarily switch to scroll mode. So even if your in the middle of drawing something you can scroll.
