Is power pdf 0.9 the last release ?
The Power Pdf that I can download at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=92177
work with the Lazarus 0.9.22 and too under Linux ?

PowerPDF doesn't work with Lazarus, but this version does
