No mouse in most SSH-clients

I run FPC/FP on demo boards like Raspberry/Cubieboard and connecting via SSH from my Win7 PC. Never had problems with mouse for ex. in Midnight Commander.
But as I can see FP uses mouse by other way so I can not use mouse with it in PuTTY and SecureCRT. I can't find any options to change! HELP!

PS: Only SSH-client I found with mouse working by default is SmarTTY.
