32/64 bit targets out of the box

Is there an installer yet for Lazarus that works for both 32 and 64 bit targets out of the box?

I suggest you Google "NewPascal"
Thanks to NewPascal, I am on Win v10 64-bit and can compile for Win64, Win32, Linux64 and Linux32 with one click.

I just downloaded and tried it.  It comes with a 32 bit Windows tool chain and does not allow specifying any other target.  Setting Target OS to Win64 and CPU to x86_64 gives an error that the compiler doesn't support x86_64-win64.

Is there some other magic to getting it to work?
