Execution Paused Error after closing program

I have an application which runs okay until I close it then I get an error (see below). Is this error caused by my application or is this a Lazarus error?

Does this occur if you run the program from within the IDE, or if you run it by executing the compiled program, or both?

It only occurs if I run it though the IDE, if I run the EXE I get no visible error.

Then my guess is it's a Lazarus (gdb ?) error.
