Please do not cross-post. I will address this on Github. As this is a very special use-case, changes are that this will not be implemented. But I will look into this.

I tried to use the pre-release, and ran into an issue.

I finally got around to trying fpcupdeluxe.
I really needed a working copy of the 3.3.1 compiler. After several unsuccessful attempts trying to follow wiki pages and forum posts, I gave fpcupdeluxe a try. It worked like a charm. The UI is a bit overwhelming, but it does the job.
I just wanted to say thanks for your efforts.
