Unit RTTI.pas missing

I cannot find the equivalent for this Delphi RTL unit neither in my official laz 1.6 + fpc 3.0.0 nor the 1.7. + fpc 3.1.1.
Any idea? Is there some replacement for this?

No. There is only typinfo.

This requires D2010+ style extended RTTI that is not yet supported in the compiler.
