[SOLVED] Saved projects won't load
« on: September 11, 2016, 03:01:59 am »
I installed Lazarus 1.6 on my Mac. I created a few small test projects but when I go to load them back in nothing shows. No form, no code window, no "nothing". Although the window title does include the name of the project so it looks like Lazarus thinks it is loaded.

Am I missing something? I would really like to dust off my Pascal hat from many years ago and start using Lazarus. In my experimenting there are a lot of things that I like about it over other development environments.

Thanks for the help.

Choose File | Open, then navigate to and select the project's .lpi (project info) file. The next time you can select the project from File | Open Recent.

If you still don't see anything, you might have closed the project with File | Close All, which really doesn't close the project, as you might have expected.

If so, choose Project | Units and select the program file (.lpr) and any units the project has (.pas).
