miConfig, easy way to create Config Dialogs

MiConfig is a library that includes funtions to associate:

Controls <--> Variables <-> File

In this way, it can be used to modify some properties in controls and save the changes to disk (Configuration Dialogs).

The idea is, we can choose different components to modify our config variables in a "Accept-Cancel  Dialog", and make this changes permanent, using an XML or INI file.

MiConfig updated to version 0.4.1. New functions added and improved.
