html export page headers look wrong

When I export my report to HTML, the page headers look wrong (squashed)..
I have attached 3 screen shots
1. Report in design mode
2. Report in preview mode
3. The html viewed in browser ( looks wrong).

Yes it's wrong, you should fill a bug report.
