Whether could somebody tell how to install a Delphi DPK file ?!?!?

Delphi packaging differs fropm Lazarus packaging.
Don't know if there is a conversion tool.

There is a tool integrated in IDE to convert forms though, so start a new application and convert your forms using Tools -> Convert Delphi unit.

This does not convert the package file. I think so far the only way is to manually create a package and include all files inside it, together (ofcourse) with the file that registers (if neccessary) components.

But, since all that is included in a package is a list of files, and options on how to compile them - it's not hard to recreate a package.  Keep in mind though that many Delphi packages don't include sources, only the compiled units.

Sure, this sounds like an easy thing to be picked up by a new lazarus contributor. :wink:

Send the patch and the new files zipped to the lazarus mailing list.
