Wiki image upload

What has happened to the wiki? Lots of trouble now after a new software has bee installed...

I tried to upload a new image to the TAChart demos site, but the image upload button is gone. A few days earlier, image upload failed because 'Could not create directory "mwstore://local-backend/local-public/5/52"', it finally worked again after log-off and log-in. But this is not working today.

Is anybody else seeing this issue as well?

Jonas posted on the mailing list to say that he has temporarily disabled uploading of images to the wiki while he works on implementing an effective block for spammers who have been gaining unauthorised access via image submissions.
