For the time being you can test my branch where i fixed compilation of 64bit at https://github.com/blikblum/fortesreport-ce/tree/fix-compilation-64bit

I did not tested yet

@jesusr: Sorry that I haven't posted an example report that goes wrong when multipage but I have no example at the moment. Since I switched to Fortesreport CE which does a great job for me I deleted the lazReports in my project. At the moment I'm really busy but as soon as I have time I'll try to redo a multipage report in lazreport and send that.
