LazReport is hard-coded to 96dpi

Just thought I would mention that LazReport will probably not function 100% on varying DPI systems. I have found a couple of places where 96 DPI is hard-coded in LazReport. I didn't go into much depth, but I assume the 96dpi is use for font height & width conversions etc.
