Unable to save new forms error unable to stream form , Abstract method called

i have the latest FPC and Lazarus (FPC svn version 32957 and lazarus v 51303)


i am getting this error when saving a new form , the lfm file doesn't get saved.


I have tried other versions of FPC just to see if it a issue in fpc but i think its more than likely a lazarus issue. i am running windows 10 x64,
