Can't call the ressource compiler "usr/bin/fpcress", switching to external mode.

I'm new to Lazarus, I'm trying to create a component, I created the package, added the component, compiled the package, but when i start installing the package I get this error: lazarus.pp file not found.
another message is displayed in message section: Can't call the ressource compiler "usr/bin/fpcress", switching to external mode.
How to fix it?? NB: I installed one package using the command: aptitude install lazarus.
