[Turbo Delphi] Custom fonts/cursors
« on: October 20, 2015, 01:03:21 am »
I'd like bake custom fonts into the executable file with every compilation so that there's no need for the user to install a font on their computer. I'd also like to load and use a custom cursor, which is located in the project folder. How would I go about doing this?

The typical approach is just to write resource files to the end of executable.
If there're multiple files, it's also useful to add a reference list, so the program would know what files are "attached" to the executable.

You can easily add a file to another file via windows command line:
Code: [Select]
copy /b exefile.exe+fontfile.ttf result.exe
