all these looping got me tangled, help.

I need help I'm supposed to do a table where users have to put an input to certain months and display the table with the input given but I am stuck, my output only give the last number from the input.
I think serious looping has something to do with this??

Hmm.  Well first please learn to indent your code properly, it will help you a lot especially when dealing with loops.  Hint: the var i is always 1 in your program.
