New section for Lazarus Android Module

Hi all

Please add a child board for "Lazarus Android Module", because it is very useful and simple for develop Android projects.

It is popular and there is some different question in unit post, like sample, tutorial, release, bug report and etc.

Look at it's post, there are 39 pages for many irrelative posts together.(until now)

If there was a category for this components set, not only participants ask their question in related post, but also contributors manage their release, question and bugs better than past.

I think the board must be for all Android development tools, with one category for a different tool or library.
