Check under tools-> options-> general -> Export/Import

Also editor colors export:
tools->options->editor->display->color

The color-file should be copied to a directory called "userschemes" under your configdir. If it doesn't exist, create it. When you start Lazarus next time, this color scheme is available in the combobox to the left of where you did the export.

Yes, it was renamed recently in trunk to avoid confusion with the new desktops feature.
I even wrote a long post in Lazarus list about this topic few weeks ago but nobody answered. Please find and read.

You can also copy the whole config dir if you want all settings.
~/.lazarus in Linux. Windows has it under the user dir somewhere.
Mostly Lazarus trunk and FPC 3.2 on Manjaro Linux 64-bit.

I *think* those options are saved in the file "editoroptions.xml". Try copying it from your configdir to the new installations configdir. There are also other config files in the configdir that you can explore.
