Using ext. image in bitbtn or toolbar did not work (Win)

Hi,

i want create a toolbar with some buttons. I dropped an image list and would filled it with some Pictures (XPM). But i can't see any picture???
Then i tried to build my own toolbar with some bitbtn. I load the pictures and i could see them.  Now i started my Programm and nothing happens.
Then i deleted the pictures, not the bitbtn, and recompiled it. Started again, abd it runs fine. Is there any possibility to build buttons with pictures with lazarus?
