Expanded version of Address Book

I have put together a version of Address Book that is supplied as an example app with Lazarus. It makes use of the TDbf component and  LazReport. It didn't take me too long to do and illustrates what can be achieved without too much effort.

Versions are available for Windows and Linux.

I would like to put them on the lazarus-ccr sourceforge site as examples. It looks very useful.

Can you create a wiki page about it with the content of http://www.wibblytim.co.uk/contact.html on the lazarus wiki?

Further I suggest, that you clean up the source download a bit. You don't loose anything, if you remove the *.bak, *.o, *.ppu, *.a files and the backup directory. It would be nice if the same source archive could be used to compile on windows and linux, and I am not sure if that is the case.

I'm glad you approve of my efforts, I will look at creating a wiki page over the weekend.

Your suggestion about cleaning up the source download is very sensible, I was just being lazy!

I tried to get the source archives to compile on both windows and Linux but there are differences in screen layout and in printer layout between windows and linux. The differences are fairly minor on screen but larger when you use the printer.

I have installed the pdfprinter component package with a view to giving a user even more choice, hopefully this will enable me to improve the app a bit more.  I'll see.

I have already cleaned up the source archive, but please look at it again. I will admit to not being perfect!!

As you see, the source archives is less than 20 kB now (I hope I did not remove too much and things still compile).
