Problem running my program

so, i just started programming with pascal, but wasn't able to run my program , this error message appear http://prntscr.com/55zsfa , by the way i can run the program by going to the folder where it is stored, but not the other way , please help :(

P.S. Sorry for my bad english, not my native language

Never:
use paths with no spaces for your projects
also avoid to use characters other than latin

¿Has probado ejecutando el compilador como Administrador?
