Debugging a WinCE application

Hello All,
I created my first winCE app. Now, I would like to test it using the debugger without copying to the device.
What's the best way to run the app on the pc within the compiler? I'm sure it involves an emulator.
I have the WinCE device connected to my pc as well.

If you have connected device on PC , the best results are when you start application direct on device.
Some details (graphic, power management ...) are not 100% as they are on device.
Lazarus 1.8.4 + FPC 2.6.4 x86 (rebuild) and Lazarus 2.0, Windows 7 x64, unless otherwise specified
