I tried to find an example pqeventstest.pp(postgresql minitoring) but without success, can someone help me, please. :(

On windows? Try locate32 - nice tool ;)
If all else fails:

cd /d c:\development\fpc
dir pqeventstest.pp /s
... but I'm sure you know that?!?!?

Yes, that's what fpcdir means. It's different depending on if you have a standalone fpc or an fpc delivered with lazarus.
