Create jumplist and File Association in Lazarus. Windows 7+. INTERESTING!

I am currently trying to create tasks in the taskbar of windows. So, when you slide it up a few tasks appear.
It is just like in Google Chrome, when you slide it up you can choose whether you want a 'New Tab' or a 'New Incognito Tab'.
It's called a 'Jump List'. I found a delphi package but I wasn't able to convert it to a lazarus package.

I don't know whether this is even possible in lazarus or not but it's worth a try asking.

Does Somebody know how or can convert this package?
