Where is Lazarus 1.2.0 tag/branch?
« on: April 14, 2014, 01:55:39 pm »
Hi gurus !

I want to modify Lazarus 1.2.0 codes (IDE + some components) and want to track for later modification in next Lazarus version.

My problem is I can't find the proper Lazarus 1.2.0  code in Lazarus's svn.

I am sure about this:
In Lazarus's About box I found: "SVN Revision : 44303"
But when I visit http://sourceforge.net/p/lazarus/code/44303,
the site reports as :
"ERROR 404 : We're sorry but we weren't able to process this request."

It seem that in sourcefoge, the Lazarus latest revision number (today) is 41451 which is smaller than 44303. It mean that 44303 (as in Lazarus about box) is never created.

So far, the latest release/tag I can found is only 1.0RC2, Where is the 1.2.0 ?
http://sourceforge.net/p/lazarus/code/HEAD/tree/tags/

Help !
Tell me where we can access the Lazarus 1.2.0 branch code,
Or please create/update the release/tag repository for latest published Lazarus.

Thanks you gurus.

Best regards,
x2nie

Thanks you guru.

I've checked out the Fixes_1_2 (lazarus 1.2.1).

Hey, anyway, since it seem the sourceforge is used only for download the material (zip, tar.gz and binaries) and the svn repository in there is no longer being used,
perhaps, we need to update the main Lazarus page:
http://lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php?page=downloads
IMHO, it suggest visitor to search unlisted material to sourceforge.

Other Downloads
For other downloads, check: The SourceForge Project page.

However, It is just a suggestion.
I don't know if there are another reason if not forget to update. :)

Okay, may my problem has been solved.
Thanks you !!
