Copy Protection on Wince Device

Hi..

Does anybody has a simple copy protection method for work on win ce?

In widnows i m using disk serial number but i dont know what to do in Wince... Does exe location affect this situation ?

Did you tied to use MAC address from GPRS modem ?

Hello. Sorry for delay.

Disk serial number is enough. we are using devices internal in our plants.

Simple copy protection:
Put some file where no one would expect and test if it exists.
Or check if some server on your local network exists or replies as expected.
Both can be easily cracked.

Complex copy protection (although not handy for a commercial handheld device):
