Improvements for the forum's web interface

It would be very convenient to have the title (and link) of all new threads posted via email. Is something like this possible?

Frankly, having to read the topics on that very narrow column on the right-hand side, which cuts off part of the words is rather bothersome.

A full-page listing of the recent threads would also be very nice.

Maybe I am missing something. I had already seen those notification options, but I cannot find an option for getting all newly created messages/threads sent to me. The notification is only for those threads in which I have posted or for which I manually request to be notified, so a thread newly created by someone else will not be automatically notified. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I guess that what I am requesting is a hybrid between a forum and a newsletter. I would be making my posts through the website, of course, not via email. No problem with that.
Only, it would be very convenient to be notified via email of all new topics, instead of having to read them on that narrow column.

Well, this could be a bit tiring: click "notify" button on each (sub)forum.
