Or build it yourself using svn (see installation instructions on the wiki). Advantage is that it's easier to submit patches if you have updates/fixes for FPC or Lazarus.
I agree it is the best. I haven't used these snapshots for years, since I learned how to use svn and build the IDE. However, having the snapshots is a very nice way for beginners to try quite new Lazarus version, without having to learn how to use svn and build Lazarus.
So, having these snapshot builds is quite useful. But, if the link does not work it should be at least removed.
