Develop for android

Excuse me but i want to known what is the best way to develop android application with lazarus ?

i've already a winCE application made in lazarus with sqlite db and i want to migrate it to use for android ... can i do this automaticcaly or i must rewrite all ? or i can re-use some code to create a similary application for lazarus ?

android module wizard : what is ? eventually give me a basic guide to develop for android ...
