How do you make 2 or more screens into one exe file?

like im trying to do simple login/register app

when log in button clicked .. check if username and password are correct.. if true then continue (by continue i mean clear screen and have another buttons that i will use after you log in into the system..)

if you understand me.. just like in FB.. first you need to enter correct email and pw and then click log in .. if informations are correct enter to fb-home tab.

Err...create another form and show that after hiding the login form?
