TurboBird version 1
« on: January 01, 2014, 03:13:09 pm »
TurboBird version 1 has been released.
The project has started at the end of 2009, and since three years from now it is the only FireBird admin tool that I have used on my all my projects that uses FireBird.

I need someone to compile it for Mac

Great job Motaz. I learned a lot from your work on TurboBird & FreeSpider.

COngrats. I downloaded to test. Created successfully a new database, and when try to create the first table, I just get:

Code: [Select]
statement #1
10:41:58.376 - DDL Executed. Takes (H:M:S.MS) 00:00:00.14
----
create table Prueba (

UUID INTEGER not null ,

 constraint Prueba_pk_1 primary key (UUID)

);

This Tab is "Running.." ... and no table is created. Then, I tried to click on Commit and table appeared.
I think is not "intuitive". Maybe some kind of message about query executed or something like this, to know it's finished, and notice the user to commit, or some option to autocommit maybe.

Regards.

Yes, I was thinking to introduce auto-commit option, but using FireBird makes us always separate between data modification and transaction commits. When I use other databases, such as MySQL I have never worry about committing transactions.
