Creating apps for Puppylinux

Hi

I am new to Linux and have started with Puppy Linux. But am happy to use Ubuntu. I would like to use Lazaus compiled apps for Word processing, Data base, Graphics, Web Browsing, email etc.

how can I get a list of the apps and souorce code I need..
