Hello,
Iw wanntet to ask if it
would be possible, to add
three Icons to the
IDE-leftside Icon
Pannal right under
Menueitem Headline
"File" (Datei)

  One Icon with the feature
"Rebuild all totally" (Like the Link under Projekt)

  One Icon eith the feature
"Execute" (Only simply executing the compiled Projekt exe)

and at least

  One Icon with the feature
"Turn back and reset Debugger" (Like the Link under Projekt)

I hope you will be able to realize this,
as it are most used features, and there in
this direkt pannel they would
have a better and  quicker
as well as easyer access during Programming :)

Many thanks in Advance ...

 :)

Marc

They may be the most used features, but they don't belong in the file menu.

He doesnot mean the file menu item, but the button panel to the left of the component pallet and under the menu. (I think :) )
What's in a sig? Would my posting look less if it didnot have a sig? (Free after William S.) :)

:( Why cannot I upload my own Avatar? :(

First of All many thanks for
your quick reply :)

:) Yes exactly :) what matthijs said :) This was what I thought
of :)

But also I want to take MarcOffline_es Arguments and answer
towards them (and him) .
Perhaps taking youre Argument,

######################################
Menue Bar
File ...------------------------ (View)(Projekt) ....
#########################################
# ......Pannel.......#
# ....here was......#
# ....my..first.......#
# ...suggestion.....#
#. ....  ...#
# ...1.....2.....3.......#
##########################################
Coutumized Bar   (second Suggestion)
       8)
##########################################

So taking your Argument M.  if you
dont want them to be in the Pannel ,
a second Idea could be a custumised Bar right
under the Pannel.
This one could be switched on or of
as an Menueitem  in the  Menue (View) ,
so that if you don´t need it or like it,
you could joust switch off this .
This Bar could then take over
the regarded icons(including features )
and any other suggestet Icons others
might as a wish :)

Only for an I dea to be diskussed and to
take your Argue :)

I would thik this would be a very helpfull feature.

(Or what about generally custumizable Bars,
like those in "Firefox" (xpi and/or themes)  for
examples,  wich then also could take over external
extension features done by others )

Hopefully My Suggestions/Ideas
are usefull to You :)

Many thanks ....

A customizable toolbar like any other app is a good idea. However I think it will be after 1.0 before it will be implemented (unless someone sends us patches for it)

Most of the forms used in the IDE are now build during runtime (it means they do not have lfm files yet). Currently some people are busy converting these forms and develop them with Lazarus. However there is still a lot of work to be done there.
This is only to explain why it might take some time longer to add these three buttons.
