I noticed that if you do not change after loading font size, then for some fonts contour accuracy drops sharply and the letters are dancing. If you set the height of a large number, then everything is fine. Apparently affects the internal precision of points. How to determine the optimal height of the font?

Interesting project. Unfortunately it crashes in Lazarus 3.8.

It not project, it experiments before write ttf render for zcad(https://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,16665.0.html https://github.com/zamtmn/zcad)

The result was this https://imgur.com/a/eY7OkXR

Now there is very bad code there - traces of experiments and errors, I did not plan to make it a separate part, but if there is interest, I can comb it and separate it.

I think it could be useful for many people to have a TTF renderer. It could be used to make a font converter, editor, use custom fonts in games and more.
