It's not one DLL. It's multiple.
And don't mess with putting them in other directory. Just put them in your own .exe directory.
I don't think the OpenSSL DLLs in the link I mentioned have a dependency with the Microsoft Visual Studio Runtime DLLs (other downloaded DLLs of OpenSSL might).
(Although msvcrt.dll might still be needed but that should be already present)
Otherwise try to install the MS Visual Studio Runtime and see if it fixes things.

Yes, it’s not the same DLL, I tested the first DLL compatible with the machine’s bitness and it recognized it, but there was a login error on the SMTP… I don’t know if it’s a problem with the DLL version or still bitness, but it’s a different error, so it’s already progress…
There are these postfixes here too… I picked up the “q”, I don’t know what they mean, maybe I picked up the wrong version, I will review what you guys said, research and test.
