2000/31/EC article 5 therefore does not apply=>no need to provide email address etc.

I hope that you are right. Some court decisions in Germany tend to interpret the legal regulations broadly, in the sense that even non-commercial projects from abroad are subject to the obligation to provide an imprint.

BTW, thank you for your valuable suggestions for the wiki pages. I incorporated all of them.
function GetRandomNumber: integer; // xkcd.com
begin
GetRandomNumber := 4; // chosen by fair dice roll. Guaranteed to be random.

I hope I'm right too... unfortunately you never know until a court made a ruling (and no avenue of referal to higher courts remain open)... and even then another court may decide to change jurisprudence.
Thanks for posting the links etc.. gives a bit of substance to posts ;)

My pleasure, thanks for trying to improve the site structure/metadat (whatever you want to call it ;) ).

Another question is that of licensing of online content. There is a small discussion about that topic at the wiki (http://wiki.freepascal.org/Talk:licensing).

However, this question also arises with respect of the forum. Some posters have put a lot of work in some source code snippets and units that they posted there.

I would suggest to adopt a Free Culture license like Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported that meets both the interests of intellectual property and freedom of use.
