Detecting Form Changes

I typically have Lazarus open in Linux, OSX and Windows virtual machines all pointing to a single database of files.  The *.pas file detect changes and the IDE warns about updating very well when switching between instances.

The form files are not so much.  I would say 4-5 times a day a change in a form in once instance is not caught in another instance and gets things out of sync. 

I am not sure how to duplicate it but has anyone else seen this?
