Database Status

I have been away from Lazarus for about 6 months and was wondering if the database compoonets (MySQL or PostgreSQL)have improved?  Mainly can I access either of these db's with Data Aware components?

Yes. You can access MySQL and most probably PostgreSQL. The last one I've never used. :)
But why do not you just download latest version and try for yourself?
