On Win95 the menu bar of the main window does not appear

Hello

I was really happy finding the win32 version of Lazarus.
I've installed on an old P133 with an old win95.
It starts, but on the main window the menu bar does not appear (the toolbars does)
On win2000 all works well.
Please help me fix this problem

If you have Win2K... why would you use Win95???
